Kit Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Kit pre-orders with BJ Hobby Supply are a perfect way to reserve upcoming new releases. To ensure suppliers allocate our desired inventory amounts, pre-order quantities must be sent to the supplier in advance of product availability. Therefore, pre-order requests can only be sent up until a specified deadline. After the deadline, we can no longer guarantee kit reservations.

In submitting a pre-order request, you agree to the following Kit Pre-Order Terms & Conditions, as well as our standard Terms & Conditions

An account with BJ Hobby Supply, in good standing (e.g. no overdue invoices), is required to make pre-order requests. You will receive a notification from BJ Hobby Supply if you submit a pre-order with an invalid email address, or an email address that is not linked to a current account.

BJ Hobby Supply will not invoice and charge you until the products are available in our warehouse and ready for shipment or pick-up. Upon your pre-order request, you agree to pay BJ Hobby supply for the purchase price, shipping charges, minus any promotions associated with the pre-order, within 15 calendar days from the date the invoice is emailed. The invoice will be emailed to the address submitted on the pre-order.

Request Cancellations

You may cancel pre-order requests up until the closing date of the promotion. Cancellations must be submitted to BJ Hobby Supply via our Contact Us page. Any requests after the pre-order deadline will be denied as inventory has been purchased for you from our suppliers.

Shipping

BJ Hobby Supply sincerely appreciates your business and will provide you with world class customer service. We will promptly notify you when the kits have arrived, immediately send you the invoice, and upon payment, will ship as soon as possible your requested product(s) using either USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx ground home delivery, whichever is cheapest for you at the time of shipment.
