Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping. This feature is currently under development and may be offered in the future.

Our preferred carrier is USPS, but FedEx will be used for larger orders or packages.

BJ Hobby Supply is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier errors or issues with their transit systems or procedures. The carrier will deliver your order as soon as possible when conditions return to normal. Please ensure you choose your desired shipping method upon checkout, and verify the selected carrier will not have delivery issues at the destination address. You will be billed additional shipping charges by BJ Hobby Supply should we have to re-send an order that was originally undeliverable.

It is recommended to customers located in southeastern Wisconsin to contact us at sales@bjhobbysupply.com prior to order to see if you qualify for free delivery to the destination address.

Returns

BJ Hobby Supply will accept returns of plastic model kits and tools, with no restocking fees, provided they are still sealed in their original packaging, unless sold as an opened, or scratch and dent item.

Returns must be requested by contacting sales@bjhobbysupply.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request. When requesting an RMA, provide the order number in the email title, and a detailed description of the reason for the request. All RMA requests will be processed within 3 business days, and no returns will be processed without RMA approval.

Return shipping will be free of charge if the shipment is being returned due to an order error induced by BJ Hobby Supply. Otherwise, buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees under the RMA.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but Paints and Supplies sales are final.

You should expect to see your refund within 5 business days after BJ Hobby Supply receives the returned merchandise.
