Ethics

BJ Hobby Supply operates to the highest standards of ethical conduct. We expect the same of our customers. In using our site, you agree to not engage with any employee or representative of BJ Hobby Supply in a harassing manner via e-mail, phone, or any other communication method.

Order Refusal/Cancellation

BJ Hobby Supply reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders, whether billed or unbilled, on products that have been incorrectly listed or priced. If you have already been charged for the order and your order is canceled, BJ Hobby Supply will promptly notify you of the reason for cancellation, and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect purchase price paid.

Indemnification Statement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BJ Hobby Supply, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any and all damages arising from injury or damage to persons or property, without limitation, resulting directly or indirectly from any negligent usage of products sold by BJ Hobby Supply.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
